Join fellow Cornellians for a Sunday afternoon performance of "Mozart: A Family Affair" at the beautiful Cabot Theater in Beverly, MA.  Symphony By the Sea favorite Keila Wakao will perform one of Mozart’s delightful violin concertos (No. 3 in G major, K.216). Her father, Keisuke Wakao, and three of his Boston Symphony colleagues will join her for a rousing performance of the wonderful Sinfonia Concertante by Mozart.  The program will also feature Mozart's Symphony No. 4 in D major, K. 19.   

Symphony by the Sea is the premier professional orchestra north of Boston.  Established in 1981 by the late Royston Nash, former Music Director of London’s D’Oyly Carte Opera Company, it provided a group of talented professional musicians a local alternative to community orchestras. Built in 1920 as an 800-seat theater in the grand style of 1920's movie palaces, the Cabot Theater combines classic design with contemporary sound, HVAC, seating and other amenities. 

On entering the theater, please sign in at the Cornell table on your right.
