Cornell Athletics - Men's Lacrosse
Location: Gillette Stadium, Foxborough, MA

Description: The 2008 New England Lacrosse Classic, hosted by Gillette Stadium and the Massachusetts Sports Partnership, brings college lacrosse to Foxborough on Saturday, April 5, 2008. In the first game, scheduled for 12:00 PM, the Division I No. 6 ranked Cornell Big Red face the Harvard Crimson. The second game will be a Division II Northeast-10 Conference game between Merrimack College, currently nationally ranked No. 6, and Bryant University, currently nationally ranked No. 7. Ticket prices are $13 and includes access to both games. Children two and under will be admitted free of charge. There will be no charge for parking. Tickets are available in advance via Ticketmaster or at the Gillette Stadium Ticket Office on game day. All tickets will be general admission.

Isle of Shoals Creek Farm - CCoB Volunteer Event

Description: Are you wondering what the Isle of Shoals Creek Farm is? Earlier this year the Forest Society announced that a lease agreement had been reached with the Shoals Marine Laboratory (SML) to use the large 19th-century summer home on the property as a marine biology classroom and living quarters for students, and as a mainland base for programming conducted on Appledore Island. Volunteers help make the "Shoals experience" a reality for its participants, and have been an integral part since the beginning of the program. The Cornell Club of Boston and other alumni from NH and ME will be volunteering on Saturday April 19 to prepare Creek Farm Cottage for the season. We will be helping with a variety of outdoor painting projects and general spring yard/grounds clean-up. Please RSVP to Jens Kullmann,
