Rosemary Stasek '85 is our "on the ground" U.S. woman, living and working in Afghanistan, making a real difference in lives. She will speak about the general political/military situation in Afghanistan, the current status for women, the programs she has been working on for the past six years, and about everyday life in Kabul.

Cornell Athletics - Men's Basketball March Madness NCAA Viewing

Description: Join other Cornellians to watch this historic game. The Ivy League champion Cornell men’s basketball team will begin play in the 2007-08 NCAA tournament when it meets No. 3 seed Stanford on Thursday, March 20 at approximately 5:00 PM. Cornell will open its third NCAA
tournament in program history in a nationally televised
game.
Cornell, which clinched its first Ivy League title in 20 years and became the first team in the country to earn an NCAA bid, enters the tournament on a 16-game winning streak, the second-longest active mark in the country. The Big Red is the 13th team in league history to go unbeaten in Ivy play (14-0) and has posted a 10-4 road/neutral site record under the direction of eighth-year head coach Steve Donahue.

Cheer on the Big Red on Sunday at 7:00 PM!
